The creative team at Legal & General came up with an interactive campaign to internally launch one of their life insurance products, and asked us to help implement it. They were so happy with the service we provided, they’ve already booked us again for their annual conference in Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium.

We deployed our versatile Photo Box at L&G offices throughout the country – travelling to sites in Birmingham, Cardiff, Hove and Kingswood, Surrey and more. At each location, we provided a 3G dongle so that the Photo Box could connect to the internet, since L&G were unable to provide their own.

Members of staff were invited to write a message to their former self and then pose in the photo booth holding that message.

The booth printed two full colour 6×4” copies of the photos taken by each member of staff – one for them to keep, and the other to be displayed on a wall at the L&G head office. Additionally, we sent L&G digital copies of all the photos that were taken for use on their intranet. Finally, we set up a touch screen social media kiosk next to the Photo Box, so users could find and upload their photos to Facebook or Twitter.

As you can see in the pictures above, we customised the outside of the booth to include L&G branding and to convey the campaign’s message. We received all the required artwork for this from the graphic design agency used by L&G.
