Are you insured?

Yes – we have £5 million public liability insurance. Proof can be provided upon request.

Is your equipment PAT tested?

Yes – our equipment is all regularly checked and tested. Proof can be provided upon request.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, a £100 deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is then due two weeks before your event.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is INCLUDED within 100 miles of Reading. For a quote on delivery outside of this area please give us a call!

Will the photo booth go up or down stairs?

Yes and no. The Photo Cabin will fit up most staircases as it arrives flat-packed, but The Photo Tower & Photo Box will not as they arrive pre-assembled. Check with your venue though to see if they have a service elevator!

What about boats? Can I hire a photo booth for my boat party?

It all depends on the size of the boat, but we have had our photo booths on boats in the past!
